These Terms reflect the actual subscription setup (RevenueCat + App Store/Play Store billing) and pricing described in ACTIONPLAN.md, Phase 8. Update this section immediately if the real prices or trial terms end up different from what ships in the App Store Connect/Play Console listing. Keep it in sync with privacy-policy.md.
Real Tarot ("the App") provides tarot card readings for entertainment and personal reflection only. Nothing in the App constitutes medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. Always consult a qualified professional before making important decisions.
The App includes an optional "Deep AI Insight" feature: when you tap it, the cards you drew and an anonymous device id (no account, no personal data) are sent from our own server to Mistral AI, a third-party AI provider, which generates a written interpretation of your reading. This only happens if you tap that specific button — it never runs automatically.
You must be at least 18 years old to use this feature. If you are between 13 and 17, you may only use it with the knowledge and permission of a parent or legal guardian. By tapping to use the AI feature, you confirm that you meet this requirement. The rest of the App (drawing cards, reading their meanings, saving history) has no such age restriction.
You agree not to use the App to harm, harass, or defraud others, and not to attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the App's original artwork or written content for redistribution.
Real Tarot+ is offered as two auto-renewing subscription products, processed through Apple's App Store or Google Play (never by us directly) and managed via RevenueCat:

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that readings, interpretations, or any AI-generated insight are accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App, including decisions made based on its content.
We may update these terms as the App evolves (e.g. when subscriptions or AI features launch) and will update the "Last updated" date above accordingly. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
